F.A.Q

What are the terms and conditions?

For group class, there are no make up for PH, Bad weather, No turn up, Exam, School Holidays and Travel. If it is due to sickness, please provide MC for replacement class. Other form of replacement is subjected to the availability.

What are the fees structure?

We collect the fees at the end of each month. Children's group classes are $100 for a 1-hour lesson (not 45 minutes). Private classes are one student to one coach and cost $400 (4 Lesson).

What should i bring for the lesson?

Students are to bring along swim wear,  goggles and own kicking board.

How long will it take for my child to learn to swim?

No learner is the same, everyone has different learning ability. Generally, students of 3 years and above take a minimum of 6 months - 1 year to learn how to swim. This is why we implemented a minimum of 6 months commitment per child. Younger learners or students with water phobia will take a longer time.

What is the maximum class size?

Beginner class size is 6 - 8 pax to 1 coach.  Advanced and Swimmer Group will be 10 pax to 1 coach.

What happen if it rain?

In the event of bad weather, we will update If it's closed before the lesson. There will not be any lesson. No replacement class for bad weather situation. Punggol Active SG Sport Centre has an indoor pool, so we won't be affected at all! 

Are there any exams or swim test?

Yes, Sunfish Swim Academy teaches students according to the SwimSafer 2.0 syllabus. This is a nationally recognized program. Students that completed their test will receive an online certification. Aside from that, exclusively from Sunfish Swim Academy, E certification or print out certificate with lamination and Sunfish Swim Academy limited edition Swim medal to recognize and validate the student's hard work! Every year we have 3 test dates and we will send eligible students to the test.
